NICK CARTLEDGE MANAGING DIRECTOR nick@expatpropertyplanners.com.au After nearly ten years of a banking career, Nick first entered the Real Estate Industry in 1993. Bringing an in depth knowledge of finance and marketing, he began helping investors create property portfolios using tax maximisation strategies, personal wealth planning and careful property selection. In 1996, Nick Cartledge opened the successful Avion Properties agency in Ascot Vale, which still operates under his control as CEO. The business focuses on Property Management and Property Port Folio Building for investors. Expat Property Planners has been formed to specifically handle the needs of Australian Expats working aboard. Nick Cartledge currently conducts the “10 year – 3 Property Port Folio Plan” in Melbourne on a monthly basis for local investors. He has also been guest speaker at the Hong Kong International Property Expo, The Malta Property Expo, Bevan Australian Estate Agency Conference and now regularly speaks to Australian Expat Investors in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong. PHILLIP OSMOND DIRECTOR phil@expatpropertyplanners.com.au Phillip brings to Expat Property Planners a vast wealth of experience and knowledge in the fields of property and financial planning. For more than 17 years Phillips was developing and running an AMP agency in metropolitan Melbourne. This agency covered a range of services including retirement planning, superannuation and business and personal insurances. Upon completion of his Estate Agents Licence in 1999, Phillip joined Avion Properties. This was the perfect combination using property to help investors build their property portfolios and create a wealth strategy plan. His past experience and training in areas of financial strategies, debt management and financial analysis has allowed him to continue to help people acquire and manage a financial plan through purchasing Investment property and building property portfolio’s. |
